Frequently asked questions

What does FSSAI licensed mean?

Every product carries an FSSAI licence number, the food safety registration required to sell food in India. It confirms the product was made and packed under licensed conditions.

What is the difference between India Organic, NPOP and Jaivik Bharat?

These are certification marks issued under India's National Programme for Organic Production. Products carrying them have been inspected against organic farming standards, from soil to packing.

How is a product traced back to its farm?

Each lot is logged against the farm and harvest it came from. Where we have the record, it appears on the product page.

How should I store what I've bought?

Storage guidance is on the product page and the pack itself — it varies by item, from airtight and dry for grains and spices to refrigerated after opening for some ghee and honey.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
